Terms & Conditions

Updated terms governing all Lilypad Solutions products and services.

By accessing or using any product or service offered by Lilypad Solutions (“Lilypad,” “we,” “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, you must stop using our services.

1. Use of Services

Lilypad’s apps and tools are intended for professional, educational, and business use. You agree not to use the Services for:

  • Illegal or unauthorized activities
  • Attempting to bypass security, reverse engineer, or misuse our tools
  • Any harmful activity that may impact system performance or other users

We may suspend or terminate access for misuse or non-payment.

2. Intellectual Property

All branding, code, content, templates, and assets on this site are the property of Lilypad Solutions unless otherwise stated.

You may not:

  • Copy, resell, or redistribute our software
  • Repurpose or embed our code into your own applications
  • Use our brand or trademarks without written permission

You receive a limited license to use our products as intended.

3. Payments & Subscriptions

Payments are securely processed by Stripe. By purchasing a subscription or service:

  • You authorize Stripe to charge your payment method
  • Fees are non-refundable unless we state otherwise
  • Subscriptions may auto-renew until canceled
  • Stripe’s terms also apply

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Lilypad is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • We are not responsible for data loss, downtime, or third-party issues
  • Total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid in the preceding 3 months

All services are provided “as is” and “as available.”

5. Service Availability & Changes

We may modify, pause, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

6. Subprocessors

We use trusted third-party providers to deliver the service, including:

  • Vercel (hosting & infrastructure)
  • MongoDB Atlas (database)
  • Stripe (payments)
  • Additional tools such as analytics or monitoring services

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Canada (Ontario), and any disputes must be resolved in Ontario courts.
